Tangshan requires all steel mills in the city to switch coal-fired generator into clean energy-fired one by late September 2017.

SHANGHAI, Jul. 20 (SMM) – Tangshan will launch inspections on generator switch at all steel mills in the city, requiring those steel mills to switch coal-fired generator into clean energy-fired one by late September 2017.
