Mount Qomolangma in Tibet issued an announcement that in order to realize as soon as possible the development of the lithium extraction construction project from Lithium Carbonate Salt Lake of Argentina Lithium potassium Co., Ltd., which is indirectly controlled by the company, with a view to producing qualified lithium salt products as soon as possible, and seizing market opportunities, the company cooperated with China Electric Power Construction International in the design, procurement and construction of the project mine construction (EPC). And signed "Argentina Lithium potassium Co., Ltd. annual output of 50, 000 tons of lithium carbonate lake lithium extraction construction project mine construction design, procurement and construction (EPC) framework agreement".

This cooperation is based on the professional ability of China Power Construction International in the field of engineering construction, meets the needs of the company to develop overseas lithium salt lakes, and will promote the overall development progress of the salt lake lithium extraction project. the overall development goal of ensuring that the construction of the project will be completed and put into trial production before 2022.

On the same day, Mount Qomolangma in Tibet also announced that it was planned to sign a contract with Xi'an Lanxiao Science and Technology New Materials Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Lanxiao Technology") to sign the contract for the supply of equipment for the adsorption section of the 25000 tons / year lithium carbonate scale brine lithium extraction project of Argentina Lithium potassium Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Lanxiao adsorption equipment contract"), with a total contract price of 650 million yuan.

Tibet Qomolangma plans to enlighten Qingyuan (Shanghai) New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "enlightening Qingyuan") signed the "Argentine Lithium potassium Co., Ltd. annual output of 50,000 tons of lithium carbonate lithium salt lake lithium extraction project equipment, operation, technical service cooperation agreement" (hereinafter referred to as "Enlightenment BOT contract"), with a total contract price of 1.6 billion yuan.

The announcement shows that if the above contract is carried out normally, it will effectively promote the development and construction of the lithium extraction construction project of Tibet Everest indirectly holding Argentina Lithium potassium Co., Ltd., with an annual output of 50,000 tons of lithium carbonate salt lake. It is expected to have a positive impact on the operating results of Tibet's Mount Qomolangma in 2022 and help to enhance the overall profitability of Tibet's Mount Qomolangma. It will have a significant impact on the asset quality and operating performance of 2023 and subsequent fiscal years, such as the smooth production of the relevant salt lake projects, the operating income and operating profit of Mount Qomolangma in Tibet are expected to rise significantly, and the total assets and net assets of Mount Qomolangma in Tibet will also be positively affected.
