China Distributed PV Installations Rise 151% in First Quarter

China’s PV power generation maintained rapid growth in the first quarter of 2017, with new installation reaching 7.21 million kilowatts, the National Energy Administration said.

SHANGHAI, May 5 (SMM) - China’s PV power generation maintained rapid growth in the first quarter of 2017, with new installation reaching 7.21 million kilowatts, the National Energy Administration said.

Distributed PV installations jumped 151% on a yearly basis to 2.43 million kilowatts.
