Zinc Price to See Range-Bound Trading This Week, SMM Predicts

LME Zinc is expected to remain range-bound between $2,820-2,920 per tonne next week, SMM predicts. SHFE April zinc will hover between 23,000-24,000 yuan per tonne.
SHANGHAI, Feb. 17 (SMM) - LME Zinc is expected to remain range-bound between $2,820-2,920 per tonne next week, SMM predicts. SHFE April zinc will hover between 23,000-24,000 yuan per tonne.
Speculative investors will leave the market due to uncertainty of demand cause by environmental protection factor, SMM said. When combined with nearing of 2017’s international term zinc concentrate negotiations, zinc will stay range-bound.
