SHFE 1702 zinc rose to RMB 21,440/mt after opening and reached RMB 21,490/mt but then fell to RMB 21,260/mt.

SHANGHAI, Dec. 21 (SMM) – SHFE 1702 zinc rose to RMB 21,440/mt after opening and reached RMB 21,490/mt but then fell to RMB 21,260/mt. In the afternoon, SHFE 1702 zinc moved around RMB 2,133/mt and closed at RMB 21,320/mt, up RMB 210/mt or 0.99%. Trading volumes decreased 216,000 lots to 403,000 lots, and positions decreased 1,332 to 194,000. SHFE 1702 zinc will test the 40-day moving average in the evening session.
