SHFE 1702 zinc hovered around RMB 21,100/mt after opening.

SHANGHAI, Dec. 20 (SMM) – SHFE 1702 zinc hovered around RMB 21,100/mt after opening. In the afternoon, SHFE 1702 zinc moved around RMB 21,020/mt and closed at RMB 20,990/mt, down RMB 1,205/mt or 5.43%. Trading volumes increased 30,104 lots to 619,000 lots, and positions decreased 16,046 to 195,000. SHFE 1702 zinc will meet pressure from the 40-day moving average in the evening session.
