SHANGHAI, Dec.13 (SMM)－A number of small and medium-sized lead storage battery plants in Hebei, Henan and Shandong provinces have seen production limited by 30-50% due to stricter green policies and restrictions on power and gas supply in the winter season, SMM understood.
