Local government of Miluo city, Hunan province recently required local unqualified lead-acid battery scrap producers to close down in its latest environmental drive, d1net.com reported today.

SHANGHAI, Jun. 27 (SMM) – Local government of Miluo city, Hunan province recently required local unqualified lead-acid battery scrap producers to close down in its latest environmental drive, d1net.com reported today. 

The scrap recycling market in Tuanshan is the largest of this kind in central and south region of Miluo, and there are about 40 enterprises engaged in lead-acid battery scrap recycling and dismantling in the region, it added.
