The inventory of domestic zinc ingots continues to decline, while there have been large volumes of deliveries to LME warehouses. SHFE zinc is likely to continue to outperform LME zinc.
As domestic smelters start maintenance in the third quarter, domestic supply will be greatly reduced from the previous quarter, and there will be a short-term reopening in import window.
