SHANGHAI, Aug 8 (SMM) – Many car companies have released their production and sales data for July, showing a good trend in the off-season.

SHANGHAI, Aug 8 (SMM) – Many car companies have released their production and sales data for July, showing a good trend in the off-season. Among them, the sales of new energy vehicles maintained rapid growth. SAIC’s new energy vehicle sales exceeded 100,000 units for the first time, and BYD’s new energy vehicle sales remained above 100,000 units for five consecutive months. With the continuous deliveries of new models from major car companies, sales of new energy vehicles are expected to continue to rise in the second half of the year. Xiangcai Securities estimates that China’s sales of new energy vehicles will exceed 5.5 million units in 2022.
