Jiugang lowers May purchasing price for high-carbon ferrochrome

The price stood at 7,096 yuan/mt on a Cr 50% basis

SHANGHAI, May 6 (SMM) – Jiuquan Iron and Steel Company (JISCO), also known as Jiugang, settled its May purchasing price for high-carbon ferrochrome at 7,096 yuan/mt on a Cr 50% basis.

The price, including tax and transport costs, lost 200 yuan/mt from April.
