JAKARTA (Scrap Monster): In the month of August, a private company imposed a self ban and also limit in the export of tin, as trick to bring up the price of tin, but according of the data, that idea didn’t work out to be good for the company, neither did it do any good to uplift the price of tin.

The Coal and Mineral Director General, Sukhyar stated that, this year, the country is not likely to limit the production of tin inside the country, but if the decline in tin price continues, they will have to initiate limited output of tin, as they declined the output of coal inside the country.

He also stated that, at the present the government cannot give an actual targeted production, but he stated the study committed by the government states that, 35 million tonnes, to 45 million tones of tin would definitely help in surviving the metal from its decline. In the end of the year 32014, the tin production in the country may decline up to 13 percent to 80,000 tonnes,
