DashboardDatabaseProReportsEventsConsultingSHANGHAI, Jun. 9 (SMM) – EMM producers in China raised offers to RMB 12,500-12,600/mt in the week ending June 8, driven by tight supply. Rising EMM prices allowed raw material prices to go up as well. Mining companies in Huayuan, Hunan, raised manganese ore offers by RMB 30/mt. Manganese ore prices in Songtao and Xiushan remained stable, but are poised to rise.
SMM believes EMM prices should level off this week, with mainstream traded prices expected between RMB 12,500-12,600/mt.
