US H1 scrap average prices rise further

The average price of US H1 scrap increased further over the week, as on 11th November, 2013.

NEW YORK (Scrap Monster) : The average price of US H1 scrap increased further over the week, as on 11th November, 2013. This is the second consecutive week of rise, after remaining flat for seven weeks continuously.
 
The average price of US H1 scrap in Pittsburgh, Chicago and Philadelphia was $360.87 per long ton on October 21st, 2013. The prices were up by $ 20.0 per long ton from a week ago.
 
The average price of H1 scrap in Pittsburg climbed higher by $25 per long ton to reach $364.5 per long ton. In Chicago the prices were $379.5 per long ton. The Chicago prices went higher by $35 per long ton during the week. The average price in Philadelphia was $338.5 per long ton, remaining unchanged from the previous week prices.
 
The average price of US H1 scrap in New York, Houston and Boston was $304.17 per long ton. The prices increased by $ 21.67 per long ton during the week.
