DashboardDatabaseProReportsEventsCar InsightMOSCOW, Nov. 22 -- Russia's raw nickel export duty has been doubled to 10% from the previous 5%, the government press service announced Friday.
The government decree introducing the change was signed Nov. 12, and the export duty will come into effect one month after the official announcement.
The new export duty applies to the three countries members of the customs union, Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan.
