Mitsui Mining & Smelting Lowers Zinc Price To Y220,000/Ton

TOKYO, Aug. 23 -- Mitsui Mining & Smelting Co. (5706.TO) said Monday it lowered its zinc selling price by Y5,000 to Y220,000 a metric ton.

This will bring the average zinc selling price for August to Y222,000.
