[SMM Precious Metal Express] FOMC voter Logan this year stated that she currently sees modest rate hikes as helping to better balance the outlook and risks, adding that modest policy tightening now is preferable to having to tighten significantly later. The 10-year Treasury yield closed at 4.559%, while the 2-year yield stood at 4.158%.
