Liu Guoqiang, deputy governor of the People's Bank of China, said that China's M2 and economy kept growing, and there will be no deflation in the second half of the year. It is expected that the CPI will still weaken in July, and pick up in August. CPI is expected to swing on a U-shaped trajectory throughout the year and move closer to 1% by the end of the year.
