According to the latest statistics of the China Gold Association, the domestic gold output produced with domestic raw material was 372.048 mt in 2022, an increase of 43.065 mt or 13.09% compared with 2021.
Gold output produced from ores was 295.423 mt, and gold output from by-product of nonferrous metals stood at 76.625 mt. Gold output produced with imported raw material stood at 125.784 mt, up 9.78%.
Total output of gold in China rose 12.24% to 497.832 mt in 2022.
