SHANGHAI, Aug 26 (SMM) – Recently, the extremely hot weather in east China has gradually cooled off, easing the power supply crunch in Anhui and Jiangsu. The power rationing in Taihe, Anhui came to an end two days ago, allowing the local secondary lead smelters to gradually return to normal production. One smelter in Jiangsu was unaffected by power rationing this week. SMM estimates that 1,400 mt of secondary lead output is being resumed per day.
