On March 29, the National Energy Administration issued a circular on the issuance of the 2022 Energy work guidance, which mentioned the need to promote and improve the energy innovation support system. We will carry out an action plan to upgrade carbon peak and carbon neutralization standards in the energy sector, and speed up the construction of a carbon peak and carbon neutralization standard system in the energy sector. A number of innovative platforms have been added to six key areas, including new power systems, new energy storage, hydrogen and fuel cells, carbon capture, utilization and storage, digital intelligence of energy systems, and energy system security. We will carry out the optimization and rectification of innovation platforms and actively undertake the task of national energy scientific and technological innovation. Carry out the evaluation of the first set of technical equipment in the energy field in 2022 and popularize and demonstrate its application. We will improve policies and measures to promote the innovation and demonstration application of energy technology and equipment relying on projects.
