First, strengthen the data quality management and consolidate the application foundation.

(1) clarify the scope of data collection. The competent departments of transportation in various localities should rely on the electronic health record system for automobile maintenance (hereinafter referred to as the electronic health file system), and on the basis of guiding class I and category II automobile maintenance operators to do a good job in uploading maintenance electronic records, they should organize and do a good job in collecting and uploading the data of three types of automobile maintenance operators, and actively guide the automobile comprehensive minor repair operators specified in the conditions for the opening of Automobile maintenance Industry (GB/T 16739).
