







On June 4, Guoxin Securities reported that since April, manufacturing and closed test leaders have maintained a year-on-year growth of 20% +. Due to the replacement of some mobile phone brand products between the new and the old, the month-on-month growth rate is expected to increase from May onwards. Industrial chain wafers and closed test PC games continue to maintain full orders, while the upstream semiconductor equipment end procurement cycle appears to be lengthened, some key equipment orders have been scheduled to the third quarter, semiconductor production capacity can not be rapidly expanded in the short term, so the supply and demand structure tension is further intensified.
With the high prosperity of semiconductors, the domestic manufacturing end and further expand the mature production process, focusing on the investment opportunities of the related industry chain.
Recently, the micronetwork learned through multiple sources that due to insufficient production capacity of Japanese chemical KrF photoresist and other reasons, mainland China many wafer factories KrF photoresist supply is tight, some small and medium-sized wafer factories KrF photoresist even appeared cut off supply, a number of wafer factories are accelerating the verification of the introduction of local KRF photoresist.
Since the beginning of this year, in addition to TSMC, Samsung, Intel, United Power and other wafer factories actively expand production, SMIC, Huahong Hongli, Guangzhou Yuexin and many other local wafer factories actively expand production and capacity release, which leads to domestic demand for photoresist far greater than local production, and the gap is expanding year by year, especially in high-end KrF, ArF and other semiconductor photoresist.
However, up to now, there are few domestic manufacturers that can supply KrF and ARF photoresist in bulk. According to SEMI data, several major Japanese manufacturers account for 61%, 80% and 93% of the market share of g-line / I-line, KrF and ArF photoresist respectively, while the self-sufficiency rate of domestic g-line / I-line is about 20%. The self-sufficient rate of KRF photoresist is less than 5%. ARF photoresist with 12-inch silicon wafer can be produced on a large scale at present.
Among the domestic semiconductor photoresist manufacturers, Tongcheng New Materials holding subsidiary Beijing Kehua and Jingrui have mass produced g-line / I-line photoresist, the dry ArF photoresist built by Shanghai Xinyang has not made any real progress, Nanda Optoelectronics ArF photoresist has passed a certain customer certification, Jingrui KRF photoresist has completed the pilot test and is entering the customer testing stage. And Tongcheng new materials (Beijing Kehua) KrF photoresist project has already passed the "National 02" special acceptance, and has been introduced into a large number of domestic fab factories since last year.
