






Recently, the National Television Investment held the Media Day of "Green Future" and the press conference of the 2020 Social responsibility report in Beijing. At the meeting, Zubin, deputy secretary of the party group and director of the State Electric Power Investment Group, focused on introducing the situation of the country's entry into the field of "green electric transportation".
Since 2017, the national electricity investment has entered the field of "green transportation" and has carried out a series of practices and explorations. The current achievements mainly have two aspects: one is the electric energy substitution represented by the power exchange heavy truck, and the other is the hydrogen energy substitution with hydrogen fuel cell and system as the core.
First, to build an alternative ecological circle of electric energy transportation represented by the replacement of heavy trucks.
At present, the development of new energy vehicles has entered the fast lane. As of June 2020, there were 270 million cars in China, of which private cars accounted for 73.3%, trucks accounted for 10.9%, about 29.4 million. The promotion of new energy vehicles in China started in 2009 and leads the world in the promotion speed, but due to technical reasons, the progress of electric energy substitution for freight vehicles with higher energy consumption and emissions, especially heavy trucks, is slow (the emission of one heavy truck is equivalent to 300 cars). The domestic electric heavy truck only gradually began to be sold in 2019.
At present, there are 10 million heavy trucks in the country, of which 1 million are used for short scenes. State Power Investment entered this field in early 2017, and its subsidiary Finance and Leasing confirmed its position as an integrator, built an ecological circle of power replacement heavy trucks and construction machinery, and led Valin Motor, Ningde Times, Nine Bank Energy and other vehicle dealers and core parts enterprises. successfully developed the world's first heavy truck and introduced it to the market. At present, the members of the Rubik's Cube family have covered 34 construction machinery products such as heavy trucks, forklifts and forklifts, which fully match the electric application needs of power plants, ports, steel mills, mining areas, urban slag, cement mixing and other scenes.
By the end of last year, the national power investment had accumulated more than 5000 sets of heavy trucks and construction machinery, distributed in Beijing, Shanxi, Hebei, Jiangsu, Shaanxi and other places, with a total operating mileage of more than 6 million kilometers. There are 66 power stations signed on arrival nationwide, and the recharging facilities are distributed in 14 provinces and cities, including Beijing, Shanghai and Jiangsu, among which 11 are completed and delivered.
The national electricity investment will further increase the investment of green energy replacement in the transportation and logistics industry. State Power Investment has established Qiyuan Core Power Company to strengthen the research and development of core technologies such as batteries and battery management systems, provide recharging services, and provide users with comprehensive green transportation solutions. By 2025, the company plans to increase the total investment by 115 billion, promote 200000 heavy trucks, 370000 vehicles of other types, 4000 power stations and 228000 batteries.
Second, promote the development of hydrogen energy transportation with hydrogen fuel cell and system as the core.
Hydrogen fuel cell has been clearly defined as an important technological path for the sustainable development of global energy. At the end of last year, China sold a total of 7352 hydrogen vehicles and built 127hydrogenation stations. In September 2020, the five ministries jointly issued the notice on the demonstration and Application of fuel Cell vehicles, and the relevant supporting policies were also issued one after another, and the hydrogen energy vehicle industry ushered in an unprecedented opportunity for development.
In 2017, the State Power Investment entered the field of hydrogen energy, creating two main business lines of hydrogen energy and hydrogen energy equipment, especially the independent R & D and manufacture of hydrogen fuel cell equipment. After three years of painstaking research and development, the National Electric hydrogen Energy Company has become one of the few companies in China to master the independent core technology of the whole fuel cell industry chain. On September 27 last year, the hydrogen fuel cell and system product-"hydrogen Teng" brand was officially released, and its key technologies and product materials were all independent, and the index reached the leading level in China. Hydrogen Energy Company has independently developed hydrogen fuel cells and system products for drones, which have been applied to Comac's first vertical load UAV.
At present, the State Electric Investment Corporation has signed project agreements with many customers, such as CRRC and Comac, to sell 40 sets of fuel cell systems and reach 400 sets (sets) of purchase intention orders. the products have entered the stage of industrialization promotion. The pilot production lines of the State Power Investment Corporation located in Beijing and Ningbo have formed a production capacity and supply capacity of 1000 units per year, and ten thousand production lines have been launched in Ningbo and Wuhan.
The National Power Investment is stepping up the development and promotion of hydrogen fuel cell vehicles. At the beginning of 2020, the 12-meter hydrogen fuel cell city bus jointly developed with CRRC was offline in Ningbo with a mileage of 600 km. In December 2020, the 11-meter hydrogen-powered tourist bus jointly developed by the State Power Investment Corporation and CRRC entered the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and 10 buses will be put into service at the Boao Forum in 2021 and the Jilin hydrogen Transport demonstration. 20 buses will be put into service in Ningbo hydrogen transportation and so on.
The State Power Investment Corporation is carrying out strategic cooperation with automobile manufacturers in Beijing, Hubei, Zhejiang, Jilin and other provinces and cities. It is estimated that by the end of 2021, the total scale of promoting hydrogen fuel cells will reach 500. Around 2025, with the significant reduction of fuel cell cost and the gradual completion of hydrogenation network, the promotion and application of national electric hydrogen fuel cell in automobile will enter the stage of large-scale commercial development.
