SHANGHAI, Mar 4 (SMM) – About 84.1% of major manufacturing bases of 16 key carmakers in China have restarted production as of the end of Tuesday March 3, according to the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology.

Data from the MIIT also revealed that 66.5% of workers have returned at those auto-making bases.
