Price CenterDatabaseProReportsEventsCar InsightSHANGHAI, Nov 25 (SMM) – Jiangxi Copper, the largest copper producer in Mainland China, planned to expand the ore dressing capacity of its Wushan copper mine to 10,000 mt/day from the current 6,000 mt/day in no longer than five years, according to sources on November 25.
The Wushan copper mine has a raw ore grade of around 0.5%, with existing copper concentrate capacity of 14,000 mt in metal content per year. All its processed ores were supplied to copper smelters under Jiangxi Copper.
