Nanshan Aluminum plans to invest 5.347 billion in Indonesian Alumina Investment Project

SMM2 15: today, Nanshan Aluminum announced that The total amount of investment planned by the company is RMB 5685393000.00 to increase the capital of Nanshan Aluminum Singapore Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Singapore Company"), Global Aluminium International PTE LTD (hereinafter referred to as "GAI") and PT Bintan Alumina Indonesia (hereinafter referred to as "BAI"). It is used for the construction of "1 million tons of alumina project in Bintan Nanshan Industrial Park, Indonesia".

The resolution of the 18th meeting of the ninth session of the board of directors of Nanshan Aluminum Co., Ltd. is announced as follows:
