SHANGHAI, Aug. 22 (SMM) - Operating rates at steel plants in Tangshan, Hebei have peaked. They will slash output or undertake overhaul soon.

Shasteel Adjusts Price for Late August, SMM Reports

Many of them may conduct overhaul until output cut if they cut output by 50% as required because the overhaul will last for 3-4 months.
