SHANGHAI, Aug. 4 (SMM) - Inflows of imported zinc will increase in the near term due to the reopening of import profit window, SMM said.

The SMM/LME zinc price ratio rose from 8.31 to 8.36 this past week. As a result, import losses turned from 200 yuan per tonne to profit of 100 yuan per tonne.
