Ignition Battery Producers Cut Output by 20% amid High Temperature, SMM Reports

Battery producers in Guangdong in face of sluggish orders and high temperature cut output by around 20%.

SHANGHAI, Jul. 19 (SMM) – Ignition battery replacement demand improved in Hubei, reducing inventories, local distributors told SMM. But, they will not replenish stocks and sell goods by on-hand inventories, as falling lead price will drag down battery price.
