SHANGHAI, Apr. 24 (SMM) – Power subsidy policy in Bayannur, Inner Mongolia has been cancelled by local government, and power costs at local silicon metal producers are estimated to grow by 0.02 yuan/kwh.

Moreover, rising prices of silicon coal also add to cost pressures at silicon metal producers in the region.
