Anglo American Copper Output down 9% in Q3

Anglo American PLC announced October 25 its copper output fell in Q3 while production of other products increased, according to wenhua.com.

SHANGHAI, Oct. 25 (SMM) - Anglo American PLC announced October 25 its copper output fell in Q3 while production of other products increased, according to wenhua.com.

The company’s copper output decreased 9% year-on-year to 139,800 tonnes, due to lower grade at Los Bronces copper mine and strike at Los Bronces and El Soldado copper mine.
