SHANGHAI, Jul. 26 (SMM) – Guangdong Dynavolt Power Technology Co. will collect funds to build a lithium-ion battery project, based on its announcement on July 21.
The company proposed to raise funds not exceeding 1.3 billion yuan ($ 0.19 billion) through the non-public offering plans for A-shares.
Total investment for the project will be 3 billion yuan and construction will take three years. Ater entering into service, the project will have an annual capacity of 6 billion WH lithium-ion batteries used in new energy vehicles.
