Chinalco Guangxi Nonferrous Rare Earth Co. is, a joint-venture, invested by Aluminum Corporation of China, Grirem Advanced Materials Co. and Guangxi Non-ferrous Metals Group. Liyang Solvay Rare Earth New Materials Co., mainly engaged in rare earth electronics and catalyst, belongs to Solvay, an international chemical group, it added.
