Chalco Copper Plant Makes Substantive Technical Upgrade to Increase Output

SHANGHAI, Sep. 27 (SMM) - Central China Copper Co. made great technical improvement so as to increase product quality and output, it said on its website.

Central China Copper Co. raised efficiency by 38%, 20% and 45%, respectively at finish mill, hot mill and strip washing line, with bubble rate down 75%.

It thus significantly reduced cost and increased production.

Central China Copper Co., a subsidiary of Aluminum Corporation of China Limited (CHALCO), mainly produces precise copper strip and copper plate.
