UPDATE : Indian scrap prices see modest recovery

The scrap prices in India mostly recovered as on July 22nd Monday

NEW DELHI (Scrap Monster) : The scrap prices in India mostly recovered as on July 22nd Monday.

Aluminum Ingot prices were up 1.41% by INR 2,000 per ton. The price of Aluminum utensil scrap remained unchanged.

The prices of Brass sheet cuttings and Brass utensil scrap also went higher on a daily basis. The Brass sheet cuttings prices were up 0.3% by INR 1,000 per ton. Brass utensils scrap prices also increased by INR 1,000 per ton. The daily change in Brass utensils scrap was 0.3%.

Copper armeture prices jumped by INR 2,000 per ton. Copper cable scrap and copper heavy scrap prices both saw a rise of INR 1,000 per ton. Copper utensil scrap prices too were high by INR 1,000 per ton. The prices of copper sheet cuttings also witnessed an uptick of INR 1,000 per ton. The price of Copper wire bars too have appreciated by INR 1,000 per ton.

Lead ingot prices saw no variation as on July 22nd.

Nickel Cathode prices shot up more than half a percentage to increase by INR 5,000 per ton.

Tin slabs and Zinc slab prices witnessed no change in prices over the day.
