As per SMM research, since late October, major cable enterprises all claim an obvious drop of long-term orders, which is weaker than last year.

SHANGHAI, Nov.1 (SMM)－As per SMM research, since late October, major cable enterprises all claim an obvious drop of long-term orders, which is also weaker than last year. With regard to investment volume of power grid projects from January to September, the growth rate is only 4.6%, much slower than last year. Also, with continuous rise of cooper price, profits of cable plants begin to decline dramatically.
