Mitsui Mining & Smelting Co. raised zinc selling prices by JPY 5,000/mt, to JPY 225,000/mt last Thursday.

Mitsui Mining & Smelting Raised Zinc Selling Price
Mitsui Mining & Smelting Co. raised zinc selling prices by JPY 5,000/mt, to JPY 225,000/mt last Thursday.

WBMS: Global Zinc Surplus of 155,600 mt Jan.-Apr.
WBMS reported last Wednesday global zinc was in surplus of 155,600 mt during January-April.

Yuguang Conducts Maintenance at One Production Line
Henan Yuguang Gold & Lead began to maintain a zinc production line starting June 12, 2013, for 20 days, and this will affect 350 mt/day of zinc ingot output and 600 mt/day of sulfuric acid output.
