Copec Buys Diego de Almagro Copper Project, Estrategia Reports

Mar.10 (Bloomberg) --Empresas Copec SA, the holding company controlled by Chile’s Angelini family, agreed to buy the Diego de Almagro copper project for $40.1 million, Estrategia reported.

Copec’s Cia Minera Can-Can unit will invest $227 million to build the mine and processing plant, the Santiago-based newspaper reported, citing a company statement.
