Yesterday, the annualized housing starts in the United States in February was 1.521 million, which was higher than the previous value of 1.374 million and the expected value of 1.425 million; the total number of building permits in the United States in February was 1.518 million, higher than the previous value of 1.489 million and the expected value of 1.495 million households. The data is unfavourable for silver price. The silver prices opened at $24.851 per ounce. SMM average ex-factory price for 1# silver in the morning stood at 6310 yuan/kg, down 17 yuan/kg or 0.27% compared with yesterday. According to SMM, the premiums of spot silver ingots for large-volume orders with cash payment in Shanghai today remained at around zero. The market's purchasing was strong.
