SMM News: September 4, Longyuan Power Group Co., Ltd. and Wubao County Government reached a "scenery storage + facility agriculture" cooperation framework agreement. Gao Song, member of the party group and deputy general manager of the State Energy Group, Li Wenhong, chairman of the group public welfare foundation, Yang Peng, party committee secretary and chairman of Shendong Coal Group, Zhong Ruyao, deputy secretary of the party committee and general manager of Guodian Shaanxi Co., Ltd., Sun Jinbiao, general manager and deputy secretary of the party committee of Longyuan Power Co., Ltd., Dai Guisheng, deputy general manager and director of the Poverty Alleviation Office of Shendong, and Xu Jianjie, deputy general manager of Guoshen Company. Wang Hua, secretary of the Wubao County CPC Committee, Cao long, member of the standing Committee of the county party committee and executive deputy county magistrate of the government, and Liu Bin and Zhao Wenbin, deputy county magistrates of the government, attended the signing ceremony.

According to the agreement, under the guidance of General Secretary Xi Jinping's instruction on "maintaining stable policies for poverty alleviation and continuing to promote effective convergence between comprehensive poverty alleviation and rural revitalization," and in accordance with the requirements of "earnestly consolidate the achievements of poverty alleviation, strengthen industrial poverty alleviation, promote the organic connection between poverty alleviation and rural revitalization, and let the people out of poverty lead a better life," the two sides follow the law of rural construction. According to the basic principle of combining development assistance with indemnificatory measures, we should focus on long-term, scientific and accurate development, establish a long-term strategic cooperative relationship, and jointly promote the construction of a comprehensive demonstration base of Wubao scenery storage + facility agricultural new energy.

The project scale of the proposed new energy comprehensive demonstration base under this agreement is 1 million kilowatts, including wind power planning capacity of 300000 kilowatts and photovoltaic planning capacity of 700000 kilowatts, with an estimated investment of about 6 billion yuan. The project plans to develop centralized wind power projects in Zhangjiashan Town and Guojiagou Town, and to develop comprehensive energy projects with the same scene, complementary power generation and integrated operation in Xinjiagou Town, Koujiayuan Town and Chashang Town. With the combination of centralized photovoltaic project and ecological agriculture, the development of eco-agricultural greenhouse photovoltaic project is carried out by using the thermal insulation wall of the completed and proposed agricultural greenhouse. The main electricity is connected to the Internet and takes into account the electricity consumption of agriculture, production and daily life around the project site. The distributed photovoltaic project uses the roof resources of the county seat, combined with the energy Internet, through remote centralized monitoring, management and maintenance to effectively reduce the electricity cost of users and improve the quality and reliability of power supply. and the projects all avoid sensitive areas such as Wubao ecological red line and basic farmland, and combine with energy storage, adopting multi-energy complementary, integrated design and intelligent operation and maintenance. We will form an Electroweb-friendly, eco-friendly and environment-friendly comprehensive energy demonstration project base to provide long-term and stable industrial support and green power for regional rural revitalization and prevention of returning to poverty.
