According to customs data, China exported 12,017 mt of lithium hydroxide in May, up 11% MoM and 10% YoY. Exports to South Korea and Japan reached 7,461 mt (+2% MoM, -4% YoY) and 4,036 mt (+37% MoM, +39% YoY), accounting for 62% and 34% of the total respectively. The average export price of lithium hydroxide was $21,479/mt, up 21% MoM but down 56% YoY.
