Yesterday, the mainstream prices for N-type polysilicon were 37-41 yuan/kg, and the mainstream prices for dense polysilicon were 34-37 yuan/kg.

Polysilicon

Prices: Yesterday, the mainstream prices for N-type polysilicon were 37-41 yuan/kg, and the mainstream prices for dense polysilicon were 34-37 yuan/kg. Polysilicon prices stabilized for the time being, while market transaction frequency declined.

Production: Currently, the scheduled production of domestic polysilicon in July is expected to continue increasing, mainly due to the production expansion of the top two producers, which will bring significant inventory pressure.

Inventory: As transaction frequency decreases, polysilicon inventory is once again facing accumulation pressure, with inventory levels rebounding.

Solar Cells

Price: The current price for high-efficiency PERC 182 solar cells (23.2% efficiency and above) is 0.30-0.31 yuan/W; PERC 210 solar cells are priced around 0.31-0.33 yuan/W; Topcon 182 solar cells (24.7% efficiency and above) are priced around 0.28-0.31 yuan/W; Topcon 210RN solar cells are priced at 0.31-0.33 yuan/W; Topcon 210 solar cells are priced at 0.33 yuan/W.

Production: Recently, the production of the 210 size series of solar cells has been continuously reduced, mainly due to a lack of orders and inventory backlog. The demand forecast for July remains sluggish, while the production of 183 and other size series of solar cells remains unchanged.

Inventory: Solar cells are still in a destocking cycle, with a significant inventory backlog for the 210 size series, exceeding two months' demand. The 183 series solar cells have started destocking.

PV film

Prices

PV-grade EVA: The current domestic trading price of PV-grade EVA resin is about 10,100 yuan/mt. The price of cable-grade EVA resin is 10,200-10,500 yuan/mt, and the price of foam-grade EVA resin is about 10,400-10,700 yuan/mt. The price of POE PV-grade C4 temporarily remains at $2,270-2,370, and C8 temporarily remains at $2,400-2,500.

PV film: The current mainstream price for 420g transparent EVA film is 6.05-6.22 yuan/sqm, for 420g white EVA film is 6.65-6.82 yuan/sqm, for 380g EPE film is 6.95-7.33 yuan/sqm, and for 380g POE film is 9.12-9.50 yuan/sqm. Prices may be adjusted.

Production: Last week, upstream resin enterprises maintained normal production, with weak transactions, and film production remained stable.

Inventory: The current inventory of upstream enterprises needs to be assessed based on different companies. Both film factories and petrochemical plants are undergoing destocking, and the production pace is temporarily stable.

Inverter

Price: This week, the price range for inverters is 0.12-0.18 yuan/W for 20kw, 0.11-0.17 yuan/W for 50kw, and 0.1-0.16 yuan/W for 110kw. The prices of inverters remained stable this week.

Supply and Demand: The supply is sufficient, scheduled production is stable, competition in the distributed market is fierce, and the demand for super power models is gradually increasing both domestically and internationally. Emerging markets such as South America and Pakistan are experiencing strong demand.

In late March 2026, the Philippine DOE mandated the expedited grid integration of 22 renewable energy projects (1,471 MW) by April 2026 to mitigate fossil fuel price volatility stemming from Middle East conflicts. This emergency deployment is heavily concentrated in solar PV, with 12 projects accounting for a dominant 1,284 MW of the total capacity.

[SMM PV News] EU Approves €500M Cleantech Scheme for Luxembourg
The European Commission has approved a €500 million state aid scheme for Luxembourg to support the manufacturing of clean technologies, including solar, wind, and batteries. Operating under the Clean Industrial Deal State Aid Framework ('CISAF'), the initiative will provide direct grants to local companies until December 2030. This marks the first 'CISAF' scheme for a small Member State. The funding aims to expand local capacity, boosting efforts by companies like 'Solarcells', which recently began producing Luxembourg's first domestic solar panels. This follows similar 'CISAF' approvals for Greece (€400 million) and Germany (€3 billion) to accelerate Europe's net-zero transition.

[SMM PV News] Premier Energies Starts Trial Production at 5.6 GW Module Plant
Premier Energies Ltd has started trial production at its 5.6 GW solar module manufacturing facility in Seetharampur, Telangana, producing G12R TOPCon modules with zero-busbar ('0BB') architecture. This new 75-acre factory boosts the company's total module capacity beyond 10 GW. The highly automated plant can produce up to four modules every 16 seconds and uses 'AI'-powered fault detection. Company executives highlighted the facility's role in scaling integrated manufacturing and supporting India's clean energy goals. Premier Energies is also executing a $1.38 billion capital expenditure plan over three years to double its capacity, expand into ingots and wafers, and diversify into inverters and battery systems.
