The product involved in the case is an alloy or non-alloy tinned chrome plate coil with a thickness of less than 0.5 mm of any width, involving the tax codes of 7210.12.00, 7210.50.00, 7212.10.00 and 7212.50.90 of the Southern Common City. The dumping investigation period in this case is July 2022 ~ June 2023, and the injury investigation period is July 2018 ~ June 2023. The announcement shall take effect from the date of publication.
The questionnaire will be sent to individual exporters/producers, importers and other domestic manufacturers, and stakeholders should submit their responses through the SEI Electronic Information System (https://www.gov.br/economia/pt-br/acesso-a-informacao/sei/usuario-externo-1) within 30 days of receipt.
Interested parties may request a hearing within 5 months from the date of initiation of the investigation.
