Adopting the method of collecting first and then refunding, each house buyer can only enjoy one subsidy. From August 3, 2023, to December 31, 2023, all buyers who purchase new commercial housing, complete the deed tax payment in Zhongyuan District and declare subsidies on time (subject to the online signing time of the purchase contract, no limit on household registration) can enjoy a subsidy of 50% of the total deed tax.
