Price CenterDatabaseProReportsEventsCar InsightSHANGHAI, May 15 (SMM) - The dysprosium oxide prices ballooned, and the mainstream traded prices surged from 1.89-1.91 million yuan/mt on May 5 to 1.99-2.01 million yuan/mt last Friday, up around 5%. Dysprosium iron alloy traded prices rose slowly from 1.86-1.87 million yuan/mt to 1.88-1.89 million yuan/mt, up about 1.1%.
Dysprosium oxide prices rose rapidly driven by funds, while the demand from the dysprosium iron alloy sector was slack. The dysprosium iron alloy market saw some spots quoted at highs, but the actual traded prices were lower.
