SHANGHAI, May 4 (SMM) – Refined cobalt prices edged lower last week. Speculative activity triggered by rumours about the National Food and Strategic Reserves Administration stocking up has come to an end. High inventory and poor downstream demand caused refined cobalt prices to fall back.
