SHANGHAI, Oct 14 (SMM) - According to SMM survey, some secondary lead smelters in Henan have become more willing to restock after running out of their battery scrap inventory.

SHANGHAI, Oct 14 (SMM) - According to SMM survey, some secondary lead smelters in Henan have become more willing to restock after running out of their battery scrap inventory. This encouraged some battery scrap sellers to raise their offers by 20-70 yuan/mt.
