Orders have been received from the Yangtze River Delta and Pearl River Delta regions.

According to Wang Sikai, general manager of the company, the company is working with Baotou Materials Research Institute of Shanghai Jiaotou University, Inner Mongolia University of Science and Technology and Beijing Aeronautical Materials Research Institute to develop rare earth ceramic thermal barrier coatings. This technology belongs to the domestic "neck jam" technology. The rare earth ceramic thermal barrier coating used on the turbine engine blade of military aircraft can block the attack of the high temperature of 1500 degrees for the turbine blade, effectively play the role of thermal insulation, and can greatly increase the service life of the turbine blade.
In Baotou Changan permanent Magnet Motor Co., Ltd., the vitality and achievements brought by scientific and technological innovation are also dazzling in the development process of rare earth industry.

We will adhere to the direction of developing high technology and realizing industrialization, strive to have more than 150 national high-tech enterprises and national science and technology-based small and medium-sized enterprises, and ensure that the intensity of funding for research and experimental development (R & D) is more than 4.1%. This is another set goal for the scientific and technological innovation work of the rare earth high-tech zone since 2022.
This year, the rare earth industry of rare earth high-tech zone will try its best to improve the scale and quality of each industrial chain. Permanent magnet materials focus on promoting the Jinli permanent magnet project with an annual output of 20000 tons, Antai science and technology with an annual output of 20000 tons, Ketian Magnetic Industry with an annual output of 8000 tons of high-performance rare earth permanent magnets and devices, Earth Bear annual output of 5000 tons of high-end manufacturing high-performance rare earth permanent magnet materials and devices to achieve output and efficiency, promoting the design and production capacity of magnetic materials to reach more than 150000 tons, accounting for about half of the country. Hydrogen storage materials promote the strategic cooperation between Zhengwei Group and Haoming rare earth to speed up the construction of Ni-MH battery project. it is estimated that the output will reach 200 million amperes in 2022 and the output value will exceed 2 billion yuan. We will speed up the expansion of production scale and promote the diversified development of hydrogen storage materials on the basis of the existing project with an annual output of 200 tons of new rare earth magnesium nickel based hydrogen storage alloy electrode materials. Polishing materials promote Fuhai New Materials annual output of 9000 tons of high-performance multi-purpose polishing materials project, Mingxin Science and Technology annual output of 3000 tons of high-performance rare earth polishing materials industrialization project to achieve output and efficiency, and build a national production and sales center of polishing materials.
In terms of terminal applications, we will vigorously develop rare earth permanent magnet motors, expand the "rare earth +" industry, strengthen cooperation with leading enterprises of magnetic sensors, and establish a research and development and production base for a new generation of magnetic sensitive components. We will promote the large-scale mass production of rare earth bearing steel, promote the all-round development of rare earth optical functions, catalytic auxiliaries, special alloys and other fields, and create hundreds of billions of industrial clusters.
