SHANGHAI, Nov 23 (SMM) - Hyundai’s global sales fell 21% year-on-year to 307,039 vehicles in October due to chip shortages and the pandemic, according to foreign media. However, the sales of electric vehicles have secured sustained growth, setting a new monthly sales record.
In October, the company sold 18,694 electric vehicles worldwide, an increase of 60% year-on-year, accounting for more than 5.9% of total sales.
